There are several reasons for this:
- We are one of the most visited company data portals in Germany. A significant number of our website visitors try to reach the respective companies through us. This includes complaints about orders placed in online shops, direct debits that cannot be allocated, and much more. We are a small team that can neither answer these calls nor convince callers that they have dialled the wrong phone number.
- The Premium Service is priced as an information service, and we invest the income generated primarily in further development. For us to have a phone support, we would be forced to charge higher prices.
