The contractual relationship can be terminated at any time before the end of the current billing period. If the contract is not cancelled before the end of the billing period, then the contract period is automatically renewed based on the length of the previously specified period.

For technical processing reasons, the notice periods are:

- one day for online cancellation
- three days in case of cancellation by e-Mail
- two weeks in case of cancellation by post
- Monthly subscription: at least one month
- Annual subscription: at least one year
- Team Accounts: at least one year
Data Service
The termination by the user of the Data Service can take place either:

- three days in case of cancellation by e-Mail
- two weeks in case of cancellation by post
The contract period is for:
- Data/Widget/ Start-up APIs: at least sixth months
- Quarterly Exports: at least one year
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
