How does North Data handle company contact information?

This article explains how contact details are shown on North Data, where they come from, who can access them, and what to expect in terms of availability and accuracy.

Company contact details such as phone numbers or email addresses are shown on North Data only for Premium and Data Services customers and only when they are available from public sources. They are intended as helpful, supplementary information and are not part of North Data’s core data offering.

When contact details are displayed, they are collected from publicly accessible secondary sources like company websites or legal imprints. These sources are maintained by the companies themselves, not by North Data.

Because of this, the quality and freshness of contact data can vary. Some phone numbers may no longer work or may be outdated. While this can be inconvenient, it reflects the quality of the original source rather than an issue with North Data’s core data. North Data is not a business directory or a “yellow pages” service, and real-time contact reachability is not something we promise.

If you come across incorrect contact details, feel free to let us know. Your feedback helps us continuously improve how this additional information is presented.
