Availability of company data

North Data relies on official trade registers as its primary data source. For example, in Germany, small businesses such as sole proprietorships or civil-law partnerships may operate without being registered in the commercial register. As a result, these companies may not appear in our database.

The national trade registers are our main source for company information. Whether company information must be publicly registered depends on the laws and regulations of each country.
