Why are not all exports processed even though the daily limit has not been reached?
Export limits are based on a rolling 24-hour period and do not reset at midnight.
How the Export Limit Works
The export limit is based on 10 exports within a rolling 24-hour period, and NOT on 10 exports per calendar day. This means that the counter does not automatically reset at midnight.
Example of How the Limit Applies
- If a user has already performed 7 exports the previous evening, only 3 more exports will be available the next morning.
- New exports will only become available once the oldest exports fall outside the 24-hour window.
This solution ensures a consistent and fair limitation, regardless of time zones. Unlike fixed daily limits, it eliminates the challenge of accounting for different time-zones worldwide.
If you cannot start a new export, please check when your last exports were performed. You may need to wait until the last exports fall outside of the 24-hour window.
