Why are key financial figures for a company not displayed, when the annual financial statements are available in the Federal Gazette?

Here you will learn why current key figures are not visible for some of the companies.

Since 2023, annual financial statements are no longer published in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) but are instead available through the Company Register (Unternehmensregister). Micro-enterprises still have the option to "file" their annual financial statements without making them publicly available. At North Data, we only process and display annual financial statements that are publicly accessible. As a result, we do not calculate or display financial key figures for statements that have only been filed but not published.

If this concerns your company and you would like North Data to display the current financial figures, the annual financial statements must be published in the Company Register. This can be done without issue, even if they have already been filed. Please understand that we cannot accept financial statements directly, as we are unable to verify their accuracy.
