What information does a dossier contain?
This article explains what data is included in a dossier and how it relates to the company profile.
A dossier contains all information that you see in the company profile. If you select publications when creating the dossier, these will be included as well.
What a dossier contains
When you create a dossier, it summarizes the complete set of data that is visible in the company profile at that time. This typically includes (depending on availability):
- Company master data (e.g., name, address, legal form, register details)
- Networks and related companies
- Current legal representatives
- Financial information shown in the profile (e.g., annual financial statements, P&L, key figures)
- Timeline entries and events visible in the profile
- All other profile sections displayed for the company
In short: Everything that is visible in the profile is also included in the dossier.
Publications are only included in the "Complete Dossier"
When creating a dossier, you can optionally add all publications (Complete Dossier).
- If you select the "Complete Dossier" (beta) or choose individual publications, the dossier will also contain the publications visible in the company profile.
- If publications are not selected or if the "Compact Dossier" is chosen, the dossier will include all other profile information — without publications.
