How can I book the Ownership & Flags Add-on?

Learn how to add the Ownership & Flags Add-on to your Premium Services subscription, including information about the requirements, the booking process, and billing.

The Ownership & Flags Add-on extends North Data Premium Services with ownership and risk-related information directly integrated into the platform.

Important: The Ownership & Flags Add-on is only available with an annual North Data Premium Services subscription.

The Add-on can be added to an existing annual Premium Services subscription or purchased together with a new Premium Services subscription. It is not available as a standalone product.

New Customers

If you are new to North Data, you can subscribe to North Data Premium Services and add the Ownership & Flags Add-on during the checkout process.

Existing Customers

Monthly Premium Services Subscription

If you currently have a monthly Premium Services subscription, you first need to switch to an annual Premium Services subscription.

  1. Open your Account Settings.
  2. Click the Upgrade button and change your subscription from Monthly to Annual.
  3. Once the annual subscription has been activated, select Ownership & Flags.
  4. Review your order and confirm your purchase.

Annual Premium Services Subscription

If you already have an annual Premium Services subscription, you can add the Ownership & Flags Add-on at any time.

  1. Open your Account Settings.
  2. Click the Order Add-on button.
  3. Select Ownership & Flags.
  4. Review your order and confirm your purchase.

Alternatively, if you are unable to add the Ownership & Flags Add-on through your account settings, please contact us at info@northdata.com. Our team can assist you with adding the Add-on to your subscription.

For current pricing, please refer to the Pricing Overview.

Important: The Ownership & Flags Add-on must match the size of your Premium Services subscription. For example, a Plus Premium Services subscription can only be combined with a Plus Ownership & Flags Add-on. It is not possible to purchase an Add-on for a different subscription tier.

The Ownership & Flags Add-on is billed together with your annual Premium Services subscription.

Billing

Important: When adding the Ownership & Flags Add-on, any remaining subscription time will be taken into account when calculating the charges.

Example 1: Monthly Subscription

If you switch from a monthly subscription and still have two weeks remaining in your current billing period, the value of the unused subscription period will be credited towards your new annual Premium Services subscription. Your annual subscription and the Ownership & Flags Add-on will then begin.

Example 2: Annual Subscription

If your annual Premium Services subscription has six months remaining when you add the Ownership & Flags Add-on, the Add-on will only be charged for the remaining six months of your current subscription term. The Add-on will then renew together with your Premium Services subscription.
