# Limited Partner

A limited partner is a partner in a limited partnership (KG) who contributes capital to the company. Their liability is generally limited to the amount of their contribution registered in the commercial register. Limited partners are not entitled to manage the business and usually have only limited rights to participate in or supervise company matters.
