At North Data, we aim to keep company information accurate and up to date. Our data from the German commercial register is sourced via the **Handelsregister Chronologischer Daten Dienst (HRCDD)** — the *Chronological Register Data Service*. This data is typically reflected in the **"Chronologischer Auszug"** (chronological extract) and is updated on a **monthly basis**. #### Why monthly updates? Since **August 2022**, the publication process for commercial register entries in Germany has changed. **Daily Handelsregister announcements were discontinued**, and updates are now published via the [**Bundesanzeiger.**](https://www.bundesanzeiger.de/pub/de/start?0) You can find more details about this update from the [Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce](https://www.frankfurt-main.ihk.de/recht/recht-und-steuern-aktuell/aenderungen-bei-handelsregisterbekanntmachungen-5638514).
