Why does North Data now update the commercial register information monthly?

North Data updates commercial register data monthly because daily register announcements in Germany were discontinued in August 2022.

At North Data, we aim to keep company information accurate and up to date. Our data from the German commercial register is sourced via the Handelsregister Chronologischer Daten Dienst (HRCDD) — the Chronological Register Data Service. This data is typically reflected in the "Chronologischer Auszug" (chronological extract) and is updated on a monthly basis.

Why monthly updates?

Since August 2022, the publication process for commercial register entries in Germany has changed. Daily Handelsregister announcements were discontinued, and updates are now published via the Bundesanzeiger.

This change has shifted the update cycle from daily to monthly.

While some updates may not appear instantly, rest assured that the information is regularly synchronized with the latest available records.
