[Dossier](https://help.northdata.com/en/center/premium-services?hsLang=en#dossier) # How do I receive the requested dossier? ## Learn how to receive your Quick Dossier or Power Dossier and what to do if the file or download link does not arrive. With a North Data customer account, you can create a dossier for companies and receive it via E-mail. Two variants are available: **Quick Dossier** and **Power Dossier**.  How do I request a dossier? 1. Open the profile page of the desired company. 2. Click **Dossier** in the top right corner. 3. Select the dossier of your preference. Depending on which variant you select, you will receive the dossier in a different form. ### Quick Dossier The **Quick Dossier** contains the available company information from the company profile. You will receive the Quick Dossier as a **PDF file** at the email address linked to your North Data account. The sender is North Data Premium Service with the email address [do-not-reply@northdata.de](mailto:do-not-reply@northdata.de). ### Power Dossier In addition to the company information, the **Power Dossier** also contains the available **publications**. Once created, you will receive a **download link** by email. You can use this link to download the Power Dossier as a **ZIP file.** *Note: this download link expires after 72 hours.* The ZIP file contains the company information as well as the selected or available publications. ### What can I do if I don't receive an email? #### Check your spam folder Emails from North Data can occasionally end up in your spam or junk folder. If you cannot find your dossier or the download link, please check these folders first. #### Check your email address The dossier or download link is sent to the email address linked to your North Data account. Check that you are logged into the correct account and have access to this email address. #### Request the Power Dossier again Since a Power Dossier can contain company information and publications, the ZIP file can be large. If problems occur while creating or downloading it, please request the dossier again. #### Contact customer support If you still haven't received your Quick Dossier or the download link for your Power Dossier, please contact our customer service.
