How do I receive the requested dossier?
Learn how to request a company dossier and receive it via e-mail.
With a North Data account, you can request a company dossier and receive it via email.
To request a dossier:
- Open the profile page of the desired company.
- Click the Dossier button in the top right corner.
- Select your preferences and click Create Dossier.
The dossier will be sent to the email address associated with your account. The sender will be North Data Premium Service (do-not-reply@northdata.de).
Important notes

Emails in Spam Folder:
Occasionally, our emails may end up in your spam folder. If you cannot find the dossier in your inbox, please check your spam folder. -
File Size with Full-Text Financial Statements:
If you select: Annual financial reports in full text (possibly very extensive) when requesting the dossier, the file size might be too large to send. In this case, please try again without selecting this option. -
